This is a four-week challenge to complete a minimum of two suggested recipes using popular locally sourced vegetables. You will discover new and unique flavors in each recipe. The challenge is an excellent opportunity to add more fall vegetables to your diet, provide options in dinner choices for you and your family, and add a fresh take on a classic vegetable.
On Friday, you will receive five recipes and a list of ingredients that will give you plenty of time to add them to your weekly shopping list. After registration, you will receive an invitation to join our exclusive Fall Harvest Facebook group dedicated to the challenge. You are encouraged to share pictures and ask questions in the Facebook group. Tips on preparation, vegetable selection, and much more will be shared too. Once your grocery shopping is complete, you can begin to prepare the recipes for the upcoming week.
